Criteria for Referral
A referral to Home-Start Warrington will be accepted where:
- the families consent has been obtained.
- there is at least one child under five years of age.
- the family lives within the schemes geographical boundary of Warrington.
- there is no perceived danger to the personal safety of the staff and volunteers who visit the family.
- the referral meets the Home-Start Warrington criteria for support.
The acceptance of referrals will not be limited except where resources are not adequate to meet the number or complexity of cases.
